Joe Latona
Joe’s journey began with dog walking in 2008. Before starting WalkerScout, his most significant career accomplishment occurred in 2018 when the dog walking team he recruited performed over 60,000 dog walks. WalkerScout was inspired by Joe’s time with a recruitment process outsourcer servicing the airline industry and his success building pet-care teams in Chicago. Joe saw the opportunity to better serve the pet care community by creating the first national recruiting solution designed for the pet care industry. In 2019, Joe began hiring for growing businesses in Illinois, California, and New York. Since 2023, Joe had public speaking engagements at the NAPPS, FPSA, IBPSA, and Pet Boarding and Daycare conferences. Joe has also published an article with PSI. In 2024, Joe was invited to join an elite group of pet care industry experts with the PIN Network.

Austin Tuck is the owner of Tuckered Out Dog Walking in Richmond, VA. In March of 2024, Austin introduced an exciting new Shelter Sponsorship program where anyone can purchase a walk through their website that goes towards a walk with a shelter dog. The program has been exceptionally popular and successful, attracting donors from all across the country, consistently increasing company revenue, and positioning the company as a reputable brand with a cause that people want to get behind. Austin is a passionate advocate for animal welfare who feels an immense sense of purpose in this initiative, and will be helping illuminate a pathway for other companies to do the same.
