What makes this conference unique?

The DogCo Business Summit was formed to help bridge the gaps in the industry for content focused on businesses scaling teams and focusing on business practices. We’re here to help improve access to strategic business content for the pet care space.

How many people will be in the room?

We are expecting between 200-250 pet care companies to be attending our inaugural conference in Winston Salem, NC, September 26-28, 2025. Our goal is to grow year over year, so we’re just getting started.

If I can’t make it in person, can I get the recordings?

We are offering a digital ticket to both the Joey Coleman workshop (which will be livestream + recording) and to the DogCo Business Summit (which will be professional recordings of all the speaking sessions.) Digital tickets MUST be purchased prior to September 25, 2025.

The Joey Coleman ticket will give you livetime access to the workshop. The digital ticket for the rest of the Summit purchases you professional recordings of the sessions, will be delivered within 14 days of the Summit.

Can I come if I don’t yet have a team?

100% - the best way to chart a direction forward is to get in the room where it happens. We’d be honored to have you join us, no matter the size of your business.

Which parts of the pet care industry will the content apply to?

The content will be applicable to any segment of the pet care industry - whether this is in-home pet care, boarding & daycare, grooming, training, product & retail, etc.

What opportunities are provided for networking?

There will be several breaks and meals provided which will give the opportunity to network with others in the room. Additionally, there is a Facebook group for attendees so that you can connect with others ahead of time for travel, networking, and meals.

What are the parking arrangements at the venue?

If you are planning to drive to the conference there are multiple parking options around the convention center. There are two nearby parking decks - you can find the map for those here. There is also metered street parking.

Where do i go to check in?

Upon entering the main entrance of Benton Convention Center - the registration table will be straight ahead. If you are having a hard time locating the registration table, a DogCo team member will be available to help you.

Is there a dress code for this event?

No - there is not a dress code.

where can i find information about the event schedule while in attendance?

Every Summit attendee will receive a printed schedule at registration. You can also reference this website and click on ‘Schedule’ where we have the entire weekend agenda displayed.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes - the convention center is wheelchair accessible. If you have any specific accessibility questions, please contact us ahead of time and we will be happy to help!
