Airports
The best airport to fly in to is the Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO), located 25 minutes outside of Winston Salem in Greensboro, NC.
If you are unable to get flights into GSO, consider these airports instead:
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) - 1.25 hours from Winston Salem

Transportation
The hotel blocks at the Downtown Marriott (next door to the conference) and the Hawthorne Inn & Conference Center (13 minute walk) are within walking distance to the conference. If you stay at either of these hotels, or find your own accommodations downtown, you will not need transportation.
If you are staying outside of downtown, we recommend renting a car. While there is Uber in Winston Salem, there is another large event in town this weekend, and relying on Uber for transportation is not recommended.
