Rachel Eaton

Rachel Eaton is the owner of We Let the Dogs Out, a professional, team-based pet care company serving communities along the Connecticut shoreline.

Since taking over the business in 2015, Rachel has grown a team of 38 caregivers dedicated to delivering consistent, high-quality care and real peace of mind for busy pet owners.

Outside of her work in pet care, Rachel also enjoys coaching high performance driving on road race tracks, an interest that reflects her passion for discipline, growth and helping others build confidence in demanding environments.

Julie Gabrilska

Julie Gabrilska runs her pet care business with an architect’s mindset: ask why, understand how, then build something that works in the real world.

Julie is the owner of Walden Pet Services, serving pets and their people in Concord, Massachusetts. Julie joined the company as a full-time dog walker after leaving a career in architecture, trading CAD for trails and discovering a passion for pet care. In 2021, she purchased the company and hasn’t looked back — doubling the business and scaling Walden into a seven-figure company supported by a team of more than 50 pet care professionals.

Julie is known for digging into what actually drives results — why something worked, why it didn’t, and what needs to change. She thrives on the logistics side of running a large service team.

Carrie Maria

Carrie Maria runs The Monster Minders, a Philadelphia dog walking company built on one simple idea: take great care of dogs by taking great care of the people walking them.

With over two decades of history behind the brand and nearly a million walks completed, Carrie brings a deep understanding of what it takes to run a service-based business rooted in consistency, communication, and community.

Carrie has helped shape a service model that values professionalism and long-term relationships with both walkers and clients by focusing on systems and employee retention. She’s especially passionate about the operational side of service businesses and how thoughtful structure can create awesome outcomes for clients, teams, and the dogs at the center of it all.

Joette White

Joette White is the Owner & CEO of Park Cities Pet Care, a premium in-home pet care company based in Dallas, Texas.

She joined the company in 1996 and became owner in 2000, growing it into a seven-figure operation completing 100+ visits per day with a W-2 team model focused on consistency, long-term relationships, and high-touch service.

With more than 30 years in the industry, Joette is known for her practical, real-world approach to running and evolving a pet care business—balancing team management, client experience, and the operational demands that come with scale. She is passionate about elevating the standard of in-home pet care through what she calls Pet Hospitality—a relationship-driven approach that prioritizes trust, consistency, and a better experience for both clients and caregivers.
